Weed's (the show) is being canceled

This season of Weeds is the last season!

Yes that is what I said, Season 8 is the series last season, after season 7 Weeds’future was looking uncertain before the show was renewed for season eight and many suspected that the upcoming 13 installments would be the TV series’ last and how it gets brought home is really important. In this case, both for the sake of the two women behind the show [series creator Jenji Kohan and Golden Globe-winning star Mary-Louise Parker] and an audience that’s really invested in the show. TV fans love nothing better than to complain about how shows end and we really want to end this one the right way.”

Kohan says that she’s sad about the show coming to a close but appreciates the opportunity to wrap things up. She hasn’t decided how to end the series just yet, saying, “We wrack our brains every year for crazy cliffhangers and we’re trying to figure out how to top ourselves.”She noted, “I’m so proud of what we do here and that it’s about a strong woman lead who’s really flawed… We get to do comedy right up against drama, which a lot of shows don’t get the opportunity to do.”
The final season of Weeds premiered on Showtime at 10pm ,Sunday, July 1st.
I am sorry to see this Series go loved every episode and all the characters that came and go. The drama and the stuff Nancy got herself into, This show will be missed!

Katie and Tom are officially Divorced!

Finally!!!

On June 28 Katie Holmes filed for divorce, and after a speedy settlement they were granted divorce putting and end to their 6 year marriage. Katie got little from the settlement, she will receive $400,000 annually from Tom. Thanks to their prenuptial agreement Katie isn't entitled to any of it, it goes strait to their daughter for schooling and other costs. they are also not allowed to send her off to boarding school or Scientology schools.

I am really happy for her, she got what she wanted she wanted a divorce and her daughter that's all. so happy that she can now move on with her life and raise her daughter the way she wants to not the way she is forced to. well i am not sure if Tom was trying to force her to join the Scientology church or not but if that was the case good for her to take a stand and not get forced into anything she didn't want to do.

congrats on wining Katie!

Fifty shades of brown Sauce?

Raymond Hodgson squirted his partner Emma McCormick with brown sauce after she refused to stop reading racy novel Fifty Shades of GreyRaymond Hodgson squirted his partner Emma McCormick with brown sauce after she refused to stop reading racy novel Fifty Shades of Grey

On June 26, 2012. A guy in the UK slapped and squirted his girlfriend with brown sauce because she was reading “fifty shades of grey”. He told her to stop to stop reading it and when she refused they argued. The next day he shows up at her house. When she answered the door and the argument continued. She went to close the door and he jammed his foot into the door, slapped her once in the face, and then squirted her with this bottle of sauce. He soon regrets it after he gets arrested and charged with common assault and resulted in a six-month community order, a $231 fine – and, perhaps unsurprisingly, a reassessment of his relationship. He didn’t realise that the sauce incident would be classed as an assault. When interviewed by the police, Hodgson said he felt Fifty Shades of Grey was a ‘distasteful’ and ‘pornographic’ book.

District judge said Hodgson’s actions had clearly been intended to demean Miss McCormick .The judge ordered him to pay his victim $125 compensation and $160 towards prosecution costs.
The judge also imposed a 6pm to 8am curfew and a six-month community order. Outside court Hodgson stood by his views on the book and branded it ‘wrong’.
